This exciting announcement has been a few months in the making. I’ve been anxiously counting down the days with Isla, my daughter, and Juno, our furry friend.
We’ve been waiting with an ice cream cone in hand, ready to reveal the final product. If you were here in person, you’d hear us joining in a family-led drumroll…
The new Mutt Love Photography website redesign has officially launched!
We’re throwing a bit of confetti in our house as we speak!
While I liked the old site, I knew it was time to give it a more minimal, clean, and polished look while adding more of my recent work to my portfolio. I also wanted to update the website content and bring more of my personality into the website (Exhibit A: my About page!)
This whole redesign process reminded me just how much I love making photo magic with the best pets (and humans!) in town. Everything from editing the words you see here to choosing photo banners to putting the final tweaks on the website design solidified that I l-o-v-e what I do.

You may have noticed that things look a bit different around this corner of the web. I collaborated with web designer Molly and copywriter Kayla to bring you a new, improved website I hope you love as much as I do.

THE EDM[MUTT]TON PROJECT IS IN FULL SWING!
Along with the new website redesign, I’ve also added a page to document the progress of The Edm[mutt]ton Project. If you’re scratching your head wondering what that is, let me explain.
The Edm[mutt]ton Project was born from an idea I had years ago to capture our town’s pets and their larger-than-life personalities in token locations around Edmonton, Alberta. Now I’m bringing it to life!
All of the dog photo sessions for the project will be compiled and put into a coffee table book for all to enjoy. It’s also a fun, rewarding way to give back to local Edmonton-based charities through donating a portion of the project’s session fees and book proceeds.
